Responsibilities
- Design ARM Cortex-M and Cortex-A Linux SoC systems, core boards, and carrier boards, including DDR3/DDR4 and eMMC.
- Select and verify USB 2.0/3.0 and MIPI CSI-2 components, differential impedance, trace matching, plane crossings, and signal integrity.
- Design RS422, RS485, optically isolated, and ABZ encoder interfaces, addressing filtering, isolation, and false triggers in high-EMI environments.
- Plan DC-DC, LDO, and PMIC power trees and sequencing, with low-ripple supplies and a reliable grounding strategy.
- Own 6–10-layer HDI and blind/buried-via PCB layout and reviews; diagnose signals, power transients, and bus timing with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field; 5+ years developing complex hardware products.
- Independently deliver architecture, component selection, schematics, layout review, prototype debugging, and production introduction.
- Understand mixed high-speed digital, low-noise analog, and high-current power design, including SI, PI, EMC, and grounding.
- Bring disciplined debugging, failure analysis, and collaboration across mechanical, embedded, and test teams.
